Welcome
to my Monday's Tea Room
I’m
thrilled to have Iyana Jenna as my guest on my Monday’s tea room. We will be
talking about the release of her latest book, Will and Pleasure. Also, we will
learn more what make this extraordinary woman thrive.
Here's a wee blurb:
After his parents’ nasty divorce, Jake Welther was raised by his
mother, so when his father dies, he’s surprised to find his name among his
brothers’ in the will. Jake never thought he’d get anything from his old man,
but neither the house nor the money is his inheritance. It’s a young sex slave
named Luke.
Luke is a product of the streets. One unfortunate night, a bad encounter with a client ended with him curled up in an alley, filthy and hurt. When Craig Welthier Sr. took him in, Luke thought he was finally safe and protected. Little did he know Craig would turn out to be worse than any of his previous clients.
With his father gone, Jake doesn’t know what to do with Luke. His three brothers see no harm in continuing to use their father’s slave for their own twisted purposes. Though he doesn’t think of himself as anyone’s hero, he knows what Luke has endured at the hands of his family is wrong. Can Jake stand up to his brothers to rescue Luke? Will Luke find his happy ending after all?

As
usual, Let us start our chat by asking her some personal questions. I promise
to be gentle with you. Well! I’ll try and do my best.
Here’s
Iyana,
Q:
Welcome Iyana, I’m so glad you could be us.
Thank
you so much for having me on your blog, Mya. I really appreciate it.
Q:
Can you tell us a little about yourself? Are you married or do you have kids?
I’m
a DJ at a night club and sometimes I also put on some act on the stage … no.
LOL. So I really want to say I’m a full time author, but I’m not. I work as an
English teacher and a course book writer on the day. I’m not married but I have
kids, my five kitties!
Q:
What one word would you use to describe yourself?
Forgetful
Q:
A little bird told me that you enjoy reading. Is it true?
The
bird is right! I love reading and I often find it difficult to leave a
book/story I’m reading to do something else. My sister often reminds me to read
only at weekends but how can I?
Q: What is your favorite Book and why?
Any
books by Jeffrey Archer. I think they are genius and I’m always pulled into the
universe Archer has created in them.
Q: Do you have pets? If so, how many?
My cats, yes. Right now there are five,
Larva, Cil, Nyil, Betsy, and Horus. Horus is the one I usually sleep with. Hee.
Q:
How did you get started writing m/m story?
First,
I remember reading about m/m stories about ten years ago. I don’t know but I
was so innocent at that time. Even the idea of men being together amazed me.
But the more I read, the more I got fascinated by it. When I tried my hand
writing that kind of story, it only dealt with the relationship and no sex
scenes at all. My. If I remember those times…
Q:
Your newest book, Will and Pleasure. Can you tell us a bit about your main
characters?
Yeah.
Luke was a hooker and he usually only took clients. I think he never imagined
that one day he’d become a sex slave and had to serve his master’s sons after
the man died. Jake, one of the sons, didn’t approve of getting a slave as his
inheritance and tried to set Luke free.
It
sounds so exciting! I’m looking forwards to read it . Thank you Iyana for
joining me today on Monday’s Tea. I hope
you have enjoyed your visit as much as I have.
I’m
the one who should be thankful. Thank you, Mya.
